Designing
The chosen airfoil type and bio-inspired abstraction are tailored to meet specific mission requirements, with a focus on client preferences. We conduct detailed airfoil analysis across various Reynolds numbers and power characteristics, followed by the generation of a 3D CAD model.
Analysis
After finalizing the 3D model, we conduct CFD analysis to thoroughly evaluate the propeller's aerodynamic traits under varied flow conditions. Our assessment covers the propeller's complete aerodynamic profile, incorporating analyses of aeroacoustics and psychoacoustics. Subsequent adjustments are made, optimizing the propeller design based on the insights gleaned from the CFD results.
Testing
Rigorous static and dynamic testing will be conducted to analyze real-time operational performance. Our in-house propeller test stand ensures thorough testing and evaluation.
Manufacturing
With access to a diverse array of manufacturing technologies, we offer tailored solutions. Leveraging our expertise in composite materials, we produce carbon fiber-reinforced propellers in-house. For large-scale hobbyist manufacturing, we provide injection molding services, including materials like ABS. Our wide material selection caters to your specific requirements, always prioritizing efficient delivery.
